Costs
Fees for individual and couples/family therapy sessions are based upon the current German „Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeuten” (GOP, Ziffer 870 : EBM): (50 min.) with currently is 102,57€ per therapy session (50 minutes), however offer a sliding scale in hardship cases.  

Generally, prices are:
Initial consultation: 50€s for 30 min
For individuals: 100€s per therapy session of 50 minutes, or 150€s per session of 90 min
For couples: 150€s per counseling session of 90 min
For parenting, coaching or supervision: 150€s per session of 90 min

All sessions are possible both in person at my office or online.
Sessions are generally scheduled on a basis of once every 1-3 weeks, depending on your needs and preferences. Couples counseling tends to take place once every 2 weeks.

Individual Counseling may be covered by some private health insurance companies. Please contact your provider for details for reimbursement options.

I am fully licensed in Berlin but not covered by public health services like TK or AOK at this time.

Fees for psychoeducational testing involve:
–A 100€ deposit is required for scheduling an evaluation. All evaluations require an initial appointment (typically 45-60 minutes) during which I will need to gather amnestic personal histories and information about your child.
–Costs for evaluations include not only the time I spend with you and your child directly, but also the time scoring and interpreting tests and preparing the written report.
–Results are not immediately available and will be discussed together with you during your final feedback session when the analysis of the results and report have been generated. 
–To help you plan financially, the following is a list of estimated total fees for the evaluations I offer. Sometimes, more extensive testing is required at additional cost. We cannot know if you will need more extensive testing until we evaluate together and determine your unique needs.

ESTIMATED TOTAL FEES FOR EVALUATION
IQ Testing: 750.00€s 
Provides information about cognitive ability in multiple areas of intelligence. Includes brief interview, full-scale IQ testing, score report, and 30-minute feedback session. I use the following standardized tests:

  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
  • Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence – Fourth Edition (WPPSI-IV) 

Learning Needs (LD/ADHD/ASD) Testing: 1200.00€s
Includes interview, review of academic records, IQ and achievement tests or batteries, diagnosis, feedback session, and report with intervention recommendations. This involves an initial appointment for the clinical interview, 2-3 separate appointments for testing, and 1 appointment for the feedback session.

    • Cognitive Abilities Measures (IQ Tests) such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, the CFT (Culture Free) Non-verbal Intelligence Test, or Woodcock-Johnson Test of Cognitive Abilities
    • Achievement Measures (Academic Abilities) such as the Dyslexia Portfolio, Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, the Woodcock-Johnson Test of Achievement
    • Specific Batteries (Behavioral Rating Scales) such as the The Conners Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scales™ (Conners CBRS™) or the The Autism Spectrum Rating Scales (ASRS™)
  • Results are not immediately available and will be discussed together with you during your final feedback session when the analysis of the results and report have been generated.
